Questions to Ask Other Photographers

Below are some questions to ask other studios as you search for the one that will capture these special portraits. 

1. How much is your sitting fee?
2. How much time do you allow for the photo shoot?
3. How many wardrobe changes do you allow?
4. Do you allow for outdoor locations?  If so, is there a charge?
5. Do I get to choose my outdoor locations?
6. Do you charge extra if I want to have my picture taken with a friend or family member?
7. How long after my photo shoot does it take to see my proofs?
8. How many proofs do you provide?
9. Is there a charge for me to keep my proofs?
10. Do you charge extra to do minor touch-ups on my proofs?

11. What is the cost for wallets, 5x7’s, 8x10’s and other enlargements?

12. Is there an additional charge if I want a different pose for my enlargements? (i.e. one pose for 5x7 and a different pose for 8x10)

13. Do you charge to add my name and graduation year on to my wallets?
14. Is there a fee for Sepia or Black and White photos?

15. What is the average final cost for most of your graduation clients?

16. Do you gaurantee satisfaction?  If so, how?
